Get to Know Celeste

Celeste Carolin is a Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with young adults, teens, individuals, couples, and families. She loves working with the unique problems and perspectives of teens and young adults and provides neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ-affirming, and gender-affirming care.

 

She focuses on working with adults and teens with ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety, anger issues, postpartum depression, trauma, and eating disorders. She also works as a couples therapist and family therapist with relationship problems, or when they are going through divorce or separation. Celeste provides unique ADHD-affirming couples therapy to couples when one or both members have ADHD which impacts relationship problems.

 

Using a client-focused approach she adapts her therapeutic style to best fit her client's unique needs. She from a systems theory and strengths approach in therapy, using multiple models including solution-based therapy, narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and therapeutic tools from other models.

 

Outside of therapy, Celeste also works with LGBTQ- affirming nonprofits including Mama Dragons, a non-profit that supports, educates, and empowers mothers of LGBTQ+ children through curriculum building, support programs, and suicide prevention efforts.
