Bethany Sutton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has clinical experience treating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. She has a specific passion for serving the LGBTQ+ community and sexual abuse survivors.


Bethany also enjoys providing support for individuals experiencing infertility or in need of perinatal and/or postpartum mental health care. Bethany is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has completed specified training for Perinatal and Postpartum mood disorders.


Bethany has extensive experience working with children and adolescents. Bethany upholds that everyone is worthy of love and belonging. She is committed to creating a safe space for her clients no matter their background, story, or identity. Bethany uses a blend of cognitive-behavioral and narrative strategies to help her clients meet their therapeutic goals.
