Get to Know Lindsey

Lindsey Crow is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works collaboratively with teens, young adults, and couples. She has experience helping her clients work through issues such as anxiety, depression, body image, low self-esteem, relationship distress, and life transitions. As her clients start to process and understand these issues and the roles they currently play in their lives, she enjoys seeing how that recognition and understanding can develop into healing and personal growth.

She uses a solution-focused approach where she focuses on client’s strengths, resources and coping abilities to help foster change. She also practices emotion focused therapy (EFT) where she assists clients in becoming more aware of their emotions, how to regulate emotions, and gain an understanding of how those emotions are related to and influence individual’s thoughts and behaviors.

Lindsey believes in establishing a trusting relationship with her clients first in order for change to occur. Her goal as a therapist is to provide a calm and non-judgmental environment for each of her clients so they feel comfortable and safe enough to achieve their therapeutic goals.
