Fertility & Reproductive Support

ABOUT THIS SERVICE
Care that meets the actual emotional terrain
The journey to becoming a parent can be deeply rewarding and deeply hard, often at the same time. People may carry perinatal anxiety or mood disorders like postpartum depression, navigate medical infertility, search for donors, experience recurrent pregnancy loss, or face countless other challenges along the way.
Our therapists have advanced training in perinatal and reproductive mental health, with certifications in couple and family therapy and in sex therapy. We provide informed and inclusive care to all people building families, including queer and trans clients who face unique barriers and need clinicians who understand them.
We also support clients through reproductive loss, third party reproduction processes, family planning decisions, and the complex emotional and ethical terrain of medical interventions like fertility preservation, donor conception, surrogacy, and gestational carriers. Many medical providers require counseling before these procedures, and we offer formal Third Party Reproduction Assessments alongside our therapy work.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Reasons people reach out to us
You don't need to fit all of these. Most of our clients arrive with one or two and discover the rest along the way.
You're navigating infertility, recurrent loss, or a complicated path to parenthood, and you need support beyond what your medical team can provide.
You're a queer or trans client building a family in a system that wasn't designed for you, and you want clinicians who understand the specifics.
You're experiencing perinatal anxiety, depression, or postpartum mood challenges, and the standard advice isn't enough.
You're considering or undergoing third party reproduction (donor, surrogate, gestational carrier) and need a counseling assessment, emotional support, or both.
