Ingrid Olmedo is the Client Care Coordinator at Northwest Relationships, the main point of contact for clients as they move through our services. With eight years of experience supporting professional offices, plus her certification as a Notary Public, Ingrid coordinates scheduling, billing, and the day-to-day support that keeps our practice running smoothly.

Ingrid is currently pursuing her Associate of Arts in Psychology to deepen her understanding of mental health support. Her cultural background as a Mexican/American woman with immigrant parents, and her role as a mother of two boys, inform an empathetic approach to her work. She's particularly passionate about supporting diverse cultures, immigrant families, and mothers' mental health.

Outside of the office, Ingrid loves visiting her parents in Mexico, reading, spending time with her family, exploring new coffee shops, working out, and embracing the RV lifestyle with her family. She is also a committed community advocate, helping single mothers and the immigrant community navigate complex systems, organizing drives in her hometown, and volunteering with organizations like Maternity Support Services, West Side Baby, and El Centro de la Raza.
