Get to know me
Dr. Jennifer Sampson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor, and a co-founder of Northwest Relationships. She is also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Clinical Fellow and holds a PSI Certification in Perinatal Mental Health.
Her clinical work centers sex and relationship therapy, fertility, reproductive health, and the invisible scripts that shape how we show up with our partners and bodies. She is poly-friendly and kink-informed, and she supports clients through IVF, IUI, pregnancy loss, termination, and third party reproduction, including queer and trans family building. Having been an IVF patient herself, she brings that experience into the room alongside training in Gottman Method, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness.
Jennifer is a bi-racial Filipino cis-woman, and she brings that life experience into her practice. She supervises clinicians and interns across NWR and works with individuals and couples who want to speak openly about sex, fertility, identity, and the families they are building or reconsidering.
Sex therapy and fertility work are really the same conversation about what we believe we're allowed to want.
