Get to know me
Emotional safety and deep understanding aren’t perks of therapy; they are its foundation. I’m Krista Hendrickson, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and families across Washington state entirely by telehealth.
I focus on helping clients navigate relationship reconnection after hurt or distance, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which focuses on identifying and shifting the underlying emotional patterns and bonds between partners, rather than just refereeing arguments. I also integrate Attachment Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Bowen Family Systems.
If this sounds like the right fit, request a session or start an intake form. Since I work entirely by telehealth, geography across Washington state isn’t a limitation.
Change happens when we identify the recurring relational patterns that no longer serve us, understand what is driving them, and develop new ways of interacting.
