I listen for what's said and for what's left unsaid. I'm a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapy intern in Tacoma working in both English and Spanish, and I help individuals, couples, and families look at the scripts they inherited about family, conflict, and connection, and decide together which ones still serve them.

I draw on Bowenian and Structural approaches, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment Theory, working especially with intergenerational patterns, the beliefs and behaviors passed down across generations that often go unquestioned until someone finally names them out loud. I hold SBIRT certification for substance use screening and brief intervention as well. I also speak conversational Portuguese in addition to English and Spanish.

I'm supervised by Robin Beckley, LMFT, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, who reviews my clinical work as part of standard practice at Northwest Relationships. I try to leave room in every session for the specific script a client names, rather than assuming I already know which inherited pattern is at play.

Spanish-speaking families, couples, and individuals in Tacoma and across Washington come to me for intergenerational patterns and anxiety, especially when language access has been the barrier to finding relational therapy before. Creating a confidential, nonjudgmental, caring, and validating space is central to my therapeutic approach no matter where you come from. I’m also a gender, neurodiversity, and polyamory affirming therapist.
