Tim Repass serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Northwest Relationships, where he helps shape the systems, structure, and support that allow the practice to thrive. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, his role touches nearly every part of the organization, from supporting clinicians and coordinating care to strengthening the processes that help clients feel welcomed from the very first interaction.

With a background in psychology and business operations, Tim is drawn to the intersection of people and systems. He enjoys bringing clarity and direction to the many moving parts of a growing practice, helping align the team, processes, and vision so that the focus can remain where it matters most: caring well for people. He works closely with clinicians and leadership to develop thoughtful workflows, improve communication, and support the practice's ongoing growth, grounded in a simple belief that when a practice is healthy on the inside, with clear systems, supportive culture, and shared purpose, it creates a better experience for both clients and clinicians.

Outside of work, Tim's most important role is being a husband and dad to four amazing kids. Family life keeps him grounded and constantly reminds him why relationships matter. He loves playing guitar, playing tabletop games, diving into a good book, and catching live music whenever he can. He's still pretty convinced that the answer to life, the universe, and everything really is 42 (thanks, Douglas Adams).
