I'm a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Northwest Relationships in Tacoma, working in both English and Spanish, and I'm supervised by Robin Beckley, LMFT, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for Hispanic, Latinx, and immigrant families, drawing on Gottman Method for couples work, DBT, CBT, and Family Systems approaches, applied with real attention to how immigration status, family separation, and cultural expectation shape a family's experience differently than a generic trauma framework accounts for. I hold a WA Certified Medical and Social Services Interpreter credential, which shapes how I think about language access in therapy well beyond simply speaking two languages. I'm completing my Master's in Couple and Family Therapy alongside this specialized interpreter training.

Whatever brings you in, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, or a life transition that's shaken your footing, my approach is the same: I believe change happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself, without fear of judgment. The patterns that frustrate you now usually began as ways of coping that made sense at the time. Therapy is where we make sense of them together and build new ways of moving forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I bring the same steady attention to a single adult navigating a hard season as I do to a full family in conflict.
