Get to Know Tim

Tim is the Director of Strategy and Operations at Northwest Relationships, where he helps bring together the people, purpose, and processes that keep the practice running smoothly. He works closely with both clients and clinicians, making sure everyone feels supported and cared for every step of the way.

With a background in psychology and business operations—and current studies in project management—Tim loves finding the balance between people and systems. He’s passionate about creating spaces where clients feel genuinely welcomed and where clinicians have the tools and structure they need to do their best work.

As a trained Notary Public, Tim also brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to his role. Whether he’s streamlining workflows, coordinating schedules, or improving internal systems, his goal is simple: to make it easier for people to access meaningful, compassionate care.

Outside of work, Tim is a proud husband and dad to four amazing kids. Family life keeps him grounded and inspired. He loves playing guitar, coaching youth soccer, diving into a good book, and catching live music with his wife whenever he can.

Tim believes life’s a lot better when approached with curiosity, kindness, and a bit of humor—and he’s still pretty convinced that the answer to life, the universe, and everything really is 42 (thanks, Douglas Adams).
