Travis enjoys helping clients gain insight into the patterns, emotions, and systems that shape their lives. His clinical interests include anxiety, depression, identity development, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, and healing from past experiences such as religious or cultural trauma. Clients describe Travis as steady, empathetic, and easy to talk to, making it easier to open up and build a strong therapeutic relationship.

He draws from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systemic approaches, tailoring his work to each client’s unique needs and goals. Grounded in the belief that deeper self-understanding leads to meaningful and lasting change, Travis works collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with their values, strengths, and sense of agency.

Travis honors the diverse belief systems and identities that shape his clients’ lives and experiences. He brings a grounded, nonjudgmental presence to conversations about meaning, values, identity, and spirituality, and is committed to creating an affirming space for clients of all backgrounds.

Outside of the therapy room, Travis stays grounded through creative expression. He’s a longtime musician and songwriter, and has spent years touring the country playing music—an experience that shaped his deep understanding of connection, resilience, and storytelling.

Travis believes that therapy is a place where people can explore not only their struggles but also their hopes. He’s honored to walk alongside clients as they deepen their emotional awareness, navigate challenges, and build more connected and intentional lives.
